ABOUT ME
I am a pastry chef who decided to embark on an adventure to France to study pastry, work, eat, and live. After finishing an extensive five month pastry arts course in little Yssingeaux, France, I came to Paris and worked as an intern for a brief time before realizing that the emotional, physical, and spiritual abuse was taking too much of a toll and distracting from all the other glories this city has to offer. I am now spending my last few months here enjoying all this city has to offer and specifically visiting as many pastry shops and researching as many pastries as I can.
